Starfile

Before we got involved with Starfile they had a classic setup of a huge knowledge and contacts bank, but no real automation or digital platforms. We took them through each step, and with their unique industry insights they helped mould the site now before us. The time this system saves their staff in manual items is astronomical. Which is cool.

Band assets management

One of the key aspects of the site was the need to easily manage all the assets that the site users; journalists and PR managers, would need to access for each band and artist.

Having a comprehensive and easy to maintain admin, as well as the front facing side of things, the site is able to deliver on all these aspects as well as being super quick in the process.

User management

With the display of content taken care of, the next step was to look at the user management flow. When journalists or PR's register through the site there are a number of automated tasks to guide the admin staff at Starfile through the relevant steps.

Easy access. When all is setup users can browse the large array of specialist up to the minute content on the site, as well as download the assets they need to help complete their daily tasks.
